I did not want to buff pokemon stats, as I think some pokemon need to fill specific niches/early game pokemon etc. However, many pokemon have boring or forgettable types, and prevent anyone from really wanting to use them despite having cool designs.
These are type changes that I think will make the pokemon more fun. Do I actually think they should make Blastoise Water/Steel? No. Should Luxray, the GLEAM EYES Pokemon, who is all about LIGHT, be a Dark type? No. But it makes the pokemon more unique and makes use of unused or rarely used typings

Feraligatr has a sinister, aggressive design and already learns many Dark moves.

Steel guns on his back—unfair he’s the only mono-type Kanto starter.

Forgettable and weak; Dark makes him a more fitting villain and less trash.
Ninetales

Counterpart to Alolan Ninetales; plenty of mono-Fire types already. Canonically unused combo!
Parasect

Shadow Claw, Astonish, Shadow Sneak
Parasect sucks; Ghost fits its theme. Provides a usable non-gimmick Bug/Ghost.
