Hg-engine is not fully completed, which means a number of pokemon do not have sprites implemented, or their abilities are not implemented. Heartgold can only store 255 abilities anyways, so even if I had added all pokemon, many abilities would have to be culled due to the sheer amount of niche signature abilities.
In the end, I had to make calls on who to cut, so I’m sorry if your favorite didn’t make it!
